Classes are flowing and restorative with an emphasis on alignment and muscular release. 
I have extensive experience teaching all levels, ages and body types:  from pregnant,
postpartum parents  (and their infants) to pre-schoolers, teenagers, injured, and the elderly. 
Class times are all Eastern Standard Time.  Register below.
Price: $10 to 15 suggested . Please see registration and Venmo info at the bottom of this page 
*  My weekly classes are not free, of charge , but they are " donation based "

  • Practice movements with birthing ball 

  • Explore "free movement” and position changes for all stages of labor

  • Learn vocalizations, simple counter pressures and massage to help ease labor and birth.

ZOOM YOGA TIPS

  • Turn on camera and audio 
     

  • Sit on the floor and position your device at eye level.  If there is space to move further away, set up a higher platform for your device.  That way, you will be more visible to me when you are in both seated and standing posture, and I can help you with your yoga postures.
     

  • Mute your end when the class has started  this will help to reduce distracting sounds. 
     

  • Play your own music, or request my class playlist.
     

  • Bring props if you have them. Ex: a folded blanket, a pillow, a strap, blocks or two thick hardcover books. 

    Create a peaceful environment. Have an essential oil for your restorative pose,
    lower the lighting ect...
