Classes are flowing, engaging and restorative, with an emphasis on proper alignment and muscular release. 
I have extensive experience teaching all levels, ages and body types from pregnant and postpartum parents  (and their infants) to pre-schoolers, teenagers, as well as those with injuries, and the elderly. 

Classes are all Eastern Standard Time

TIPS FOR A GREAT ZOOM YOGA CLASS:

  • Turn on camera and audio 

  • Position your device at eye level as you sit on the floor . If f there is space to move further away, set up a higher platform for your device  You will be more visible to me when you are in both seated and standing posture,and I can help you with your yoga postures.
     

  • Mute your end when the class has started  this will help to will shut out other ambient sounds. 
     

  • Play your own music, or request my class playlist.

  • Bring props if you have them. ex: folded blanket, a pillow, a strap , blocks or two thick hardcover books Create a peaceful yoga environment , bring an essential oil for your restorative pose, lower the lighting ect..
