"Julia, words cannot truly express our gratitude for your invaluable assistance during the birth of our son. Your calming presence and firm, comforting hands were a godsend.
Thank you, Thank you."
"Julia was amazing. She helped me stay in
the moment and brought love to the space."
Julia was a godsend during COVID-19. I felt supported by her 100% of the way. With lessons through FaceTime to prepare for birth, she created a space for me where I felt capable and ready for the task. After delivery, I wasn’t allowed any visitors and she was still there, virtually, making sure I was taken care of, guiding me through any nursing questions I had, being an advocate for my needs as a patient in the hospital and making sure my family was supporting me in the best way. She is a caring, well-rounded doula. Her yoga class is the bomb too.

"Julia has great child-rearing advice and instincts. She was never overbearing and always followed up and went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable as a new Mom."
"Julia was my birth Doula and prenatal yoga teacher. I loved her well rounded and playful approach to moving at this ungraceful time in my life. She has a knack for finding those poses that release the right muscles & apprehensions from your body. She brings a luscious and humorous approach to caring for all her students and clients. I found myself looking forward to every class."
"Prenatal yoga was really the most enjoyable time during my pregnancy because I was surrounded by other pregnant women; felt one with my body; and felt rejuvenated and relaxed after a practice."

I did Julia’s prenatal class and i'm in love with her style and vibe!
(oh, and just to be clear, I'm not pregnant!)
